For the dough:

2 tsp dry yeast
rise

1 tsp white sugar
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp salt
Olive oil
3 cups All-Purpose Flour and more for dusting

For the toppings:

1/4 cup ground beef
1/4 cup sliced bacon
1/4 cup sliced ham
1/2 cup sliced provolone
1/2 cup sliced mozzarella
1/2 cup grated parmesan
pizza sauce
pepper flakes
Arugula

Fit standing mixer with a dough hook. Combine yeast, sugar and water in the mixer bowl and gently stir till dissolve. Let yeast rise, about 10 minutes. Add salt and olive oil and mix on low. Add flour a little at a time until incorporated.
Mix until dough gathers into a ball. Place dough in a floured surface and knead until smooth. Form into a round ball and place in an oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise till it doubles in size, around 1 hour.

Once dough has risen and is spongy, roll and stretch to cylinder form. Cut into 3 pieces and let it rest again for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F or 260 degrees C.

Roll dough into a circle. Dust pizza stone with flour and transfer dough. Brush crust with olive oil. spoon pizza sauce and place the provolone and mozzarella slices. Place ground beef, bacon and ham and dust with parmesan and pepper flakes.
Slide into the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust turns golden. Top with arugula.
